Recipe Ingredients:
1 kg or 2 lb. butternut squash or pumpkin
120 ml (1/2 cup) milk – lukewarm
42 g (3 tbsp) unsalted butter – melted
1 medium egg (60 g including shell)
50 g (1/4 cup) light brown sugar
3 g (1/2 tsp) salt
6 g (2 tsp) instant dry yeast
325 ~ 350 g (about 2.5 cup) all purpous flour
NOTE: if you’d like to use canned pumpkin puree, this recipe needs about 1/2 cup (130 g).
