Amway Order History – How To View History

To view the history of an Amway order it is necessary that you log into your Amway account. You can click on the “Order History” button that we have placed here, below, to go (login) to your Amway account orders page.

Amway Order Details – How To Find Details

After you are logged into your Amway orders page you can use the Order History information to review the details of your orders. The details you can find about each order are included in the below list.

Order Status (Placed, Pending, Processing, Shipped, Cancelled)

Order Date (Date the order was placed or date of other order status)

Order Totals

Order Tracking (Ship method tracking numbers when they become available.)

When you are in your Order History, you will find your orders listed with the most recent order at the top of the list.

Amway Order Status – 5 Order Status Categories

  1. Placed: The order has been placed but not yet shipped. Changes to the order may be possible by selecting the Modify Order Detail option.
  2. Pending: The order is pending further action. Select the Modify Order Details option to update necessary information to complete the order.
  3. Processing: The order is being packaged for shipment. No changes can be made.
  4. Shipped: The order has been shipped for delivery. To return an item from a shipped order, the option will appear in the Modify Order Details section.
  5. Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.

In addition to a product falling within the order status of one of the above five variations, there are a few additionsl scenarios under which a product can be marked with additional order status categorization. An order with a status as shown above may also have a secondary status as an “Advanced Order”, as a “Back Order” or as a “Return Request”. Back Orders, Advanced Orders and Return Requests will always be clearly marked as such.

Modify Order Details

You can modify an order when it has the status of “Placed”, “Pending” or “Shipped”. If the order status is “Processing” or “Cancelled”, no changes can be made to the order (until its status is changed to or designated as “Placed”, “Pending” or “Shipped”).

To make a change to an order, select the “Modify Order Detail” option. If your order is “Placed”, some changes to the order may be possible. If your order is “Pending, you can make changes to update necessary information that may be needed to complete the order. If your order is “Shipped” and you need to return it, you can do so with the “Modigy Order Detail” option.

Order Search Options

You can search your past orders by a few metrics including orders by order number or by item number. If you desire to find orders by some other variables, there are filters you can select to find orders that will be found and sorted in several other ways.

If you determine you need information about an order beyond it’s status, you can always click on the individual order to view more detailed information.
